What to Expect: Your During Your Recovery Session

The Arrival & Prep (Check-In)

  • The Routine: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled block to check in at the front desk. We’ll verify your Intake Questionnaire and Waiver digital waiver.
  • Best Practice: Hydrate! Drink at least 16 ounces of water prior to your arrival to kickstart your body’s circulation and optimize your sweat session.

The Sweat & Radiate (The Session): 

  • The Routine: You’ll be escorted to a private wellness room featuring the medical-grade Sun Home Eclipse Infrared Sauna and Red Light Therapy. You have a 5 minutes to get comfortable for your appt, then a full 25-minute block to relax, sweat, and absorb the full-spectrum infrared heat and deep-tissue red light waves.

  • Best Practice: Maximum skin exposure means maximum cellular ATP production. We recommend wearing clean swimwear or lightweight gym shorts. Jewlery, electronics and metal water bottles are not recommended in the sauna. 

The Cool Down (Wrap-Up):

  • The Routine: Once your 25 Min session finishes, you’ll have a few minutes of private time in the room to towel off and change back into your clothes.

  • Best Practice: Bring a change of loose, breathable, comfortable clothing. Your body will continue to flush toxins and burn calories for up to an hour post-session, so you’ll want to stay comfortable.

What should I wear during my session?

To maximize the benefits of the red light panels, skin exposure is key. Most clients wear swimwear, clean undergarments, or lightweight shorts. We recommend bringing a change of loose, comfortable clothes for after your session.

What Should Not Be a Part of My Session

The following is not recommended in your session as they can get very hot or damaged. 

  • Jewlery of any kind including Earrings, Neclaces, Nose Rings, or Rings 
  • Electronics including phones, smart watches, ear buds
  • Metal Water bottle

Drugs or Alcohol as they can create unsafe conditions. 

How often should I do Red Light & Infrared Therapy?

For optimal results, consistency is everything. Casual users see great benefits from 1–2 sessions a week, while those addressing chronic pain, weight loss goals, or athletic recovery see maximum results with our 2x/week VIP Membership tier.

Absolutely! When you purchase the 5-Visit Pass, you will receive a unique redemption code. You can text or email that code to a spouse, friend, or coworker, and they can use it to book their own private session anytime. Only 5 Appointments can be booked with your code ensure your guests know how many they can use. 

Bring a Friend

The sauna can hold 2 persons. Your appointment is private unless you choose to bring a friend or family member. Bring a Friend can be added to any appointment for just $15 paid for at the time of booking. 

Who should NOT use the sauna?

While incredibly beneficial for most people, infrared sauna therapy is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, have severe cardiovascular conditions, unhealed surgical wounds, or hemophilia. If you have an active medical condition, a pacemaker, or are taking medications that affect your body’s ability to regulate heat, we highly recommend consulting your physician before booking a session.

Can minors attend a session?

Yes! Minors are welcome to experience the benefits of red light and infrared therapy, provided they are accompanied by a parent or adult legal guardian. The accompanying adult must remain on-site during the session and sign the liability waiver on the minor’s behalf, or they can be added to your session for $15 Bring a Friend Add On. 

Memeberships

Memberships are auto renewing on the date you purchase until cancelled. They must be cancelled before your renewal date. You will get a reminder 7 days before it renews. Members can book 2 sessions per week, up to 8 sessions per 30 day period. 

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Sessions are paid for at the time of booking. You must cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours in advance as you have reserved that block of time. This is all done via your confirmation email.

Communications and Accounts

Confirmation emails and reminder emails will come from Acuity Scheduling and will reference your appointment date and time in the subject. 

Cancelling and rescheduling your appointments can be done via these emails. 

Memberships can be cancelled from the emails. You can create an Acuity Login to manage these details online as well.
