I started Roxy’s CBD & Wellness in 2020 because I wanted to share the great benefits of CBD and other natural/holistic alternatives with everyone. I knew I wanted to start my own business but didn’t know what I wanted to do. I’ve always enjoyed taking care of people, as I was a waitress for 21 years and then became a Surgical Technician for ten years. Little did I know that these jobs were preparing me for my new journey. interested in what others think because I’m such a noob here. Thank you to those who are giving some feedback here.
It All Began with my Grandson
My grandson, Drew, was diagnosed with autism when he was almost three. I had heard CBD could help with autistic behaviors/symptoms. I started researching more about how he could benefit from using CBD, and then my daughter started giving him regular doses, and we saw great improvement! I am a medical marijuana patient myself, so I personally know how beneficial THC is, but I didn’t know too much about CBD. When I started using CBD regularly, I saw great improvements in my own health. I went to an educational CBD expo so that I could learn from the experts and be able to share my knowledge with others.
Here we are 2 ½ years later and going stronger than ever! I started in Roy in a small shop but then decided to take a leap of faith and move my business to a busier and larger location. Moving my business to Clinton has been the best decision I’ve made. I have met some amazing people. Moving to a bigger location gives me more room for some fun stuff. I sell earth-friendly and tie-dye clothes and bags, incense & sage, and unique items made by local artists (jewelry, art, decorative trays).
We are passionate about helping people feel better and providing the highest quality CBD products that are 3rd party lab tested. We love to educate people so the products will work, and we are always happy to answer questions. I hope to remove the stigma that follows this beneficial plant. I was voted “Best Natural/Holistic Products in Northern Utah” by Standard Examiner’s Reader’s Choice!
